WolfWindWorks was founded in 2021 with one clear goal: deliver offshore wind support that actually works in the field. As an independent specialist in subsea cable projects, we combine technical expertise with hands-on experience to safeguard quality, reduce risks, and strengthen project execution across Europe.

We are engineers, project managers, and offshore specialists with a strong background in subsea cables and maritime infrastructures. Our team has worked on projects for leading developers and EPCs in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Scandinavia, and beyond. With proven experience across offshore wind projects in Europe, we know how to turn complex subsea challenges into practical results.

Meet the Wolfs
Lodewijk van Helden – Founder & Senior Project Manager
With over 20 years of project management experience and more than a decade in offshore wind, Lodewijk has led roles ranging from Termination & Testing Engineer to Lead Cable Installation Engineer. He has supported projects with Van Oord, Ørsted, and TKF, combining technical depth with strong leadership offshore and on vessels.
Komal Kate – Project Management Professional
Komal brings 5+ years of international experience across energy, high-tech, and offshore wind. She has managed projects in the Netherlands, Germany, the USA, the UK, and India, and is known for her structured, collaborative approach that bridges technical detail with commercial needs.
Alireza Nazemi – Cable Proces Engineer / QA-QC Engineer / Cable Matter Expert
Alireza is a cable Engineer with 10+ years of experience in cable design, production, testing, and quality control, with expertise in high voltage. Alireza is a positive personality with a “can-do” mentality. He has a background in Industrial Engineering. He is a team player that can strengthen your team with his excellent cable knowledge and qualifications.
Nastja Shelmakova – Communications & Public Relations Officer
Nastja has an entrepreneurial gift to connect business with the right communication tools. Nastja is part-time connected to our company as she also runs her own business SocialTarget. She brings over 10 yrs of experience in social media, corporate communications, and business development to the table.
